Purpose The student is provided a proper fraction and needs to turn it into 10ths
or 100ths and finally into a percentage. Functionality Two ‘Answer Boxes’ are provided for the student to place the numerator
and percentage answer into. The application will display the second fraction
in 10ths if possible. When both values are correct press the ‘OK’ button to
test the answer and move to the next fraction. Keys Use the ‘Enter’ key to move from one answer box to the next and then to the
‘OK’ button when finished. Alternatively use the mouse to move between ‘Answer
