Description : Adding two groups of pictured items, answers up to 20.

Aim/Questions : Use the pictures to work out the sum. Then write and solve the sum.

Adding is simply putting two lots of items together to create one larger group.

 

When you add two numbers you combine the amounts together.

 

If you get stuck, look at the picture and count the number of squares.

1.  Add the two numbers to get the answer and place it in the ‘Answer Box’ provided.

 

2.  Click ‘OK’ when you have finished.
